As I now live away from Aberdeen the In-person group classes will resume in September 2025 on select Tuesdays at 5:30pm at Maryculter Church Hall. Keep an eye out for emails or social media updates for when I will be providing a class.
All our classes have a friendly group of people with lots of laughter, a mix of breath-work and yoga poses.
